【一棟貸しゲストハウスの清掃・修繕・ゲスト対応スタッフ募集】

【仕事内容】
Thank you Hippo Inn では2024年3月頃から、週1～2日以上、長期で働ける方を募集しています。
経験者、もしくは未経験でもテキパキと働ける方を求めています。

シーツ交換、水回りの掃除、掃除機かけ、洗濯、宿の修繕などが主な仕事内容です。
毎日大掃除をしているようなイメージなので、体力と臨機応変さ、時間内に終わらせるスピード感が必要です。

清掃が得意、もしくは綺麗好き、昼間数時間働きたいというような方に向いている仕事です。
また、一人で働くこともあるため責任感を持って働ける方を求めています。
主婦の方歓迎。

※2つの施設を行き来します

パート・アルバイト

【給与】
基本時給：1,250円
日曜日：時給10％アップ
その他：出勤手当500円/日

【試用期間】
最初の4週間~12週間は試用期間となり（能力により変動します）、その間の時給は一律1,000円です。
試用期間中は出勤手当はありません。
試用期間を経て本採用・不採用が決定します。

【勤務時間】
午前10時もしくは11時開始
一日3時間～4時間半（予約状況によって変動）
始業時刻は 基本的に午前10時開始ですが、たまに11時の場合もあります。
シフトは一週間ごとに決まります。直前予約もあるため柔軟に出れる方ですととても助かります。

【交通費】
車通勤の場合は宿の駐車場が空いていれば使用出来ますが、そうでない場合はコインパーキングなどをご利用ください。（コインパーキング代は出勤手当に含まれます）

【その他】
・業務に支障が無ければお子さん連れも可能です。
・服装髪型自由、制服などありません。
・ゲストと話す機会もあるため、多少英語や外国語に興味がある方ですと楽しいと思います。
・昼間の清掃とは別に、夕方～夜の半弓場の仕事をやってみたい方はぜひご相談ください。

【休館日】
2月、6月、12月にそれぞれ2週間～3週間の休館日を設けています。

【事業内容】
松本駅周辺で旅行者向けの一棟貸切り宿と半弓場を運営しています。
松本城近くに古民家一棟貸しの宿、松本駅近くに2タイプの一棟貸し宿の合計3タイプの宿を営業しています。

元々は2018年春に、個室3部屋ドミトリー1部屋の定員14人の小さなゲストハウスとして城西に1号店をオープンしました。
宿泊ゲストは外国人率8割で、世界中から様々なゲストが訪れてくれるインターナショナルな空間でした。
その翌年、2タイプの一棟貸し宿と半弓場という形態の2号店をオープン。
そして、コロナ禍を経て1号店のゲストハウスは一棟貸しの宿に業態変更、現在は合計3タイプの一棟貸しの宿と半弓場という構成で旅行者向けの事業を運営しています。
現在の宿泊ゲストは外国人6割、日本人4割。
予約サイトBooking.comでは3施設平均して9.2点/10点満点中、Airbnbでは4.92点/5点満点中
という高いレビューを維持しています。
今後も、宿に限らず松本を訪れる旅行者向けの事業を少しづつ拡大させていこうと考えています。

[Recruiting cleaning staff for a guest house]

【job description】
This is a cleaning job for a inn.
We are looking for people who can work More than 1 - 2 day a week on a long-term basis start from around March 2024.
Also we are looking for someone with cleaning job experience, or someone who can work well even if who have no experience.

It will be bit hard work, so you need physical strength, flexibility, and speed to finish within the time.

This job is suitable for people who are good at cleaning, who like to keep things clean, and who want to work several hours during the day.
Additionally, we are looking for people who Can be clening completed by alone.

【Work location】

*We have 2 accommodations.

[Salary]
Hourly pay on weekday: 1,250 yen
Hourly pay on sunday: 1,375 yen
Others: Work allowance 500 yen/per day

Trial period: The first 4 to 12 weeks will be a trial period, and the hourly wage during that period will be a flat rate of 1,000 yen.
Work allowance do not paid even the trial period.
*After the trial period, a decision will be made regarding whether to hire or not.

【Working hours】
Starts at 10am or 11am
3 to 4 and a half hours a day (varies depending on reservation status)
Generally start at 10am, but may sometimes start at 11am.
Shifts are determined on a weekly basis. We also make last-minute reservations, so it would be very helpful if you were flexible.

[Transportation expenses]
If you commute by car, you can use the inn's parking lot if it is available, but if not, please use coin parking. (Coin parking fee is included in work allowance)

【closing day】
The Inn is closed for 2 to 3 weeks in February, June, and December.

[Job Description]
The job involves cleaning a whole-house rental accommodation. Due to the increase in foreign tourists, we have started recruiting cleaning staff who can work for a long term.

The main duties include changing sheets, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, doing laundry, and making repairs. The job requires some physical strength and flexibility, as it involves cleaning every day, like a deep cleaning.

This job would be suitable for those who are good at cleaning, have a penchant for cleanliness, or want to work only a few hours during the day.

[Salary]
Hourly wage on weekdays: 1,200 yen
Hourly wage on weekends and public holidays: 1,300 yen

Hourly wages may increase based on ability, length of service, and company performance.
Probationary period: The first six weeks will be a probationary period, and the hourly wage during this time will be 1,000 yen.
The period may be shortened based on ability.

In addition to hourly wages, depending on the individual's ability and preference, a commission-based payment system may also be available, such as one flat rate per accommodation cleaning.

[Working Days]
Around 3 days per week, negotiable.

[Shift System]
Working hours per day: Approximately 2-4 hours between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
The starting time is usually 10:00 am, occasionally 11:00 am.

[Business Description]
We operate whole-house rental accommodations for travelers around Matsumoto Station. We have three types of accommodations: a traditional Japanese house near Matsumoto Castle, two types of whole-house rental accommodations near Matsumoto Station. We are looking for candidates who can work for a long time and stably, as we plan to increase our stores in the future.

[Closed Days]
We plan to have a closed period of three weeks in February, June and December.

[Transportation Expenses]
For those who commute by car, we will provide coin parking fees, and for those who commute by train, the maximum daily allowance is 500 yen.

Clothing, hairstyle, and tattoos are free.
